I am an award winning holistic therapist and energy worker, fully qualified in reflexology, clinical aromatherapy, massage and Karuna Reiki healing.
Being passionate about providing complementary therapies, I personalise all treatments to take account of your physical and emotional needs. Using a variety of techniques to help rebalance and revitalise your body, mind and spirit, I encourage your body’s own healing system and wisdom to kick in.
Treatments are carried out in our characterful cottage in the beautiful Ceredigion countryside.
I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
