Reiki-Flex: 90 minutes - £65

A classical Reflexology treatment combined with the addition of energy healing Reiki, to provide a more holistic body, emotional and spiritual therapy session.

Reiki-Flex is a great treatment for:
•    Stress-relief – reduces stress and tension
•    Balancing energy
•    Releasing emotions – as a result of bereavement, post-natal, or anxiety
•    Inducing a state of deep relaxation
•    Alleviating muscular and joint pain
•    Re-balancing your hormones – menopause, PMT, regulate menstruation
•    Fertility issues
•    Boosting the immune system
•    Increasing energy, improving mental clarity, and emotional balance
•    Improving digestive issues
•    Cleansing the body of toxins, improving circulation and lymphatic drainage

Your treatment will consist of:
•    Consultation (up to 30 mins for initial visit and 15 mins on subsequent visits)
•    Tailored Reflexology treatment of up to 45mins
•    Karuna Reiki (approx. 15 mins).
