My name is Deborah Iles, and I specialise in supporting your journey toward physical integration and somatic relief. While I am a fully qualified practitioner in Reflexology, Clinical Aromatherapy, Massage, and Reiki, my approach goes beyond standard application. I focus on the connection between your mind and your physical body, recognising that true wellness requires both to be in alignment.
Our sessions are a collaborative process. Rather than simply addressing a localised symptom, we look at the whole picture of your health. By blending these modalities, we encourage your body to shift from "fight or flight" into a deep state of rest and digest, allowing your natural restorative systems to take the lead.
